In 2021, @Chase reps are telling me the only option to re-deposit a check that an issue that was cured, is to mail it in or go to a branch. So if I’m out of the country (I am) too bad huh. Ridiculous! #chase #chasebank

@ChaseSupport Your canned response is noted. Unfortunately, 1 Chase rep hung up on us & 2 others were extremely rude to the customer. It's clear Chase is happy to keep the charge, even though it's from a fraudulent company that doesn't actually exist. Fraud department was no help.

@ChaseSupport Already I had 4 calls to Chase about the same issue. Told Friday all ok. It wasnt. Today 3 times disconnected after talking to your great overseas reps. Is this how you treat 20 yr customers with many accounts?

@Chase I have been banking with Chase since 2002. As a long standing customer, I need a time sensitive bank reference letter prepared by a branch manager and I have been getting the run around. I will sever my relationship with Chase if my request is not fulfilled.

FYI @chase customers, theres a very convincing phising text going around from 562-242-7832 saying your online account has been suspended due to suspicious activity. I started to fall for it but caught it & immediately changed my passwords. The login screens are identical to chase

@ChaseSupport please help fix your team’s error. $7,000 in charges 🤯, 6+ hours on hold, 24 hours later and you STILL haven’t fixed the error or connected me with someone who can help me get seated by my 2 year old on a cross-country flight that your team massively messed up.
