How is possible for PNC Bank not to have their 1099's available yet? They still say it is going to be a few days. Wasn't the cut off Jan. 31 for everyone?
It depends. Please feel free to review the following link for various IRS forms information including due dates:A Guide to Information Returns.

Some are available online before you receive them in the mail.
And when you try to import the PNC data...
Instead of identifying PNC as your institution, try using National Financial. National Financial is "processing" PNC's accounts. It worked for my 1099-DIV information.

Lots of banks and financial institutions have statements available for account holders to view or print several weeks before they have the data formatted for import into tax software. If you are in a hurry then you can type it in yourself instead of waiting for them to have it ready for import.

I found that I didn't get one because I didn't earn enough interest.

You still need to enter the interest even if you did not get a 1099. Get the 2022 year to date amount online or from your bank statement. Enter like if you got a 1099INT. Just enter the bank name and put the amount in box 1.

VolvoGirl is correct. Even if you didn't receive a 1099-INT form, you should still included on your income tax return as if you received one.
If you already sent in your income tax return and the IRS has processed it, you may need to amend your income tax return. Please see the TurboTax FAQ: Do I need to amend?
- Scroll down to Amend if you already mailed your return (or the government accepted your e-file) and...
