UPS does not care about Safety!
I saw a UPS driver run a stop sign and park illegally in a crosswalk. When I tried to contact the corporate office and perhaps send the pictures I took there wasn’t a way to do that. Maybe they have such a great safety culture because there are no consequences for not giving a s… about safety. When I asked the driver to please not run the stop sign. This was not the first time you had done so he laughed. What does that tell you about the effectiveness of UPS’ safety department?

I shipped a package on the 9th of December, it was supposed to arrive on the 18th of December, UPS called me on the 21st of December and said that my package came back to the store and was not delivered and they did not know why. It was fudge candy that was being shipped. The package was in a different box and the original was damaged so badly that they put it in a plastic bag after eating the chocolate pieces. Then they told me that it would cost me another fee to reship it. the first fee was $19.68 to be shipped to Arizona from Tennessee. They are out of their stupid minds to want to recharge me again. I can’t get any answers from anyone and corporate refuses to return my calls, so the robbers will not refund me and I am furious with this crooked company. never never never again will I deal with them.

I did not get my package mailed, instead, they broke into it and returned it 3 weeks later destroyed, it cost me $20.00 to mail it on the 9th and returned it to me on the 21st of December, they refuse to refund me my money and I felt that I was robbed ups is a crooked store.

2 Very Rude Ladies at UPS Store No 3927 in Saint John's FL

I went to the UPS Store No 3927, located at 450 State Rd 13 N 106, Saint Johns’s, FL beside the Hallmark Store, on December 19, 2023, at about 12:10 pm, to drop off packages they were labeled for the USPS and to send a small package with UPS. Two ladies were working the counter, and they refused the packages for the USPS. During the whole conversation, they were rude and condescending. I have always taken them and had no problems, but then there was a very nice guy there. I don’t have the 2 ladies’ names. She asked me about the value which is none of their business because they do nothing with them, they are already labeled and ready to go, and they hold them for the driver. She says they are full today, well how does she know until the driver shows up? He could have taken them tomorrow if he was full for today.
We left and took the packages with us. We went to the UPS Store at 155 Bartram Market Dr, No 135, Saint Johns, FL, beside Fancy’s. They had 4 people working the counters, the lady took our packages, thanked us, and wished us a Merry Christmas. Very Very nice, polite, and friendly. The other store could learn from this Store!
